Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.
- You’ll need proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Items marked “final sale”
- Gift cards or promotional bundles
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Shipping charges
- Returns outside the 30-day window
- Opened or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged)
Exchanges
We’ll gladly replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Where to Send Returns
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the shipping address.
Please do not send products back without confirmation from our team.
